A: Cleverchat is a platform that helps businesses excel in customer support and customer success. It helps increasing retention and preventing churn. We do this by making anyone smarter that has contact with customers, and more specifically, when they are in contact via chat.
How do I start using Cleverchat?
Cleverchat is not a SAAS platform where you sign up and 2 minutes later do something, the solution aims to serve customers that already have a fair batch of customer interactions and that search for new automated ways to improve these interactions.
We first have an intake call with our clients to understand their environment, to set up the right datasources and align expectations. Note that our solution can fully run cloudbased (our prefered way of working) or on premise.
Can I install this on my website?
As we are the smart bridge between your website and your own proprietary datasources, we are running behind the scenes. It means you first have to install a chatbox solution (many providers out there), and then we link the chatbox provider to the Cleverchat system, and we link your datasources. A real nice and smart bridge :-)
What's the difference with a platform like Intercom?
The difference is the fact that we take Intercom two steps further: we put an AI (Artificial Intelligence) layer on top of those chats, powered by NLP and Machine Learning. And even more importantly, thanks to our integration framework, we can link with your existing datasources and show the right contextual "intelligent" data at the right time to your agents.
I heared about NLP, AI, etc... can you explain?
The Cleverchat platform monitors every chat conversation and will feed it to the NLP (Natural Language Processing) engine that it uses. By applying Artificial Intelligence, Cleverchat can automatically answer most of the questions customers have. Cleverchat has also the functionality built in to gradually build this up.
What do you do with my data? Are you GDPR compliant?
When you are based in the European Union, we sign our controller-processor DPA document, where our both obligations are documented, and wherein it's clear what data we store and what we do with it.
Do you support multiple users ?
Multiple support agents can use Cleverchat at the same time, as all data is streamed in real-time to the Cleverchat interface.
Do you support multiple languages?
The Cleverchat interface has support for multiple languages, including English, Spanish, German, French and Dutch. We can add in fact any language we want. Not only for NLP reasons, but also from an NLU perspective.
